Denice achieved her Real Estate license in 2009. She has consistently increased her business each year since with dedication, hard work, knowledge and skill. She cares a great deal about all her clients. Going the extra mile to make the deal work is not unusual for Denice.
She began in the industry in 1999 working as a transaction coordinator and assistant to top Realtors in the Auburn area. This past experience and training from some of the best in the business taught Denice to get the deal closed quickly and efficiently. Adding the past years of personal and professional experience as an Event Planner and Coordinator she knows how to work with all types of people, keep a timeline and simply Get the Job Done! Both professionals and clients love working with Denice. She has an undeniable 'can do' attitude and work ethic.
