Cathy and Vickie are two of my favorite people and a great team! We have moved three times in the past five years which is gross and exhausting and they have helped us with both buying and selling all three times. I wouldn't consider working with any other realtors.
You will know what is coming or what is required of you every step of the way, they are super responsive when you text or call and they are always five steps ahead. They will also calm you down when you are freaking out. :) I especially appreciate their knowledge when it comes to market conditions and negotiating.
It's not easy finding a good Realtor but they are exceptional and you can't go wrong in choosing them.

Nothing short of excellence. I needed to purchase a home out of state. It’s one thing to purchase a home in state or even a few cities over…. Out of state… is an entirely different ball game and Cathy knows ALL the rules. Professional, dignified and honestly idk what would have done without her. She found my home. In a world with Zillow… Redfin etc etc you think you would know the home you want… but without Cathy we would have passed by the prized jewel of the north end that is now our forever home. You can not buy a home without someone like Cathy that you can count on. Always on time (even when I wasn’t) compassionate and the guidance only years of experience can build, “thank you” seems to fall short on the hard work Cathy put into working with us.

I first met Vickie in 2017 when I reached out to her to find a home for my son and daughter-in-law when they were still overseas. Vickie worked closely with me, showing me a number of houses that I hoped would be a fit for them; sight unseen. 5 years later my son and daughter in law still very much love the house they bought in Yelm.. A few months later Vickie and Cathy helped me with the purchase of my home in Tumwater as I moved to be closer to my son, daughter-in-law and the grandsons.
Within a year, I decided I wanted to move and purchase a home with a larger yard. Both Vickie and Cathy worked tirelessly with me over the next 4 years; showing me multiple homes in Thurston and Pierce County. As well, they talked and emailed agents about homes I was interested in. We got close a few times and wrote 1 offer, however I backed out before the earnest money deposit was due. Fast forward to March when I finally found "THE ONE". It was a house that had just sold 2 years ago. I have saved it as a favorite but due to the hot real estate market at the time, I wasn't even able to consider it then.
When it came back on the market in March, I told Vickie and Cathy that I definitely wanted to go see it. They never wavered and Cathy got the showing scheduled right away. Which says a lot , considering I had found several houses over the years that I thought were "THE ONE". The home I ended up buying was being sold by a real estate agent. He was pleasant at first, but he turned rather contentious and bitter. Cathy in particular, navigated the purchase process with this agent to a successful close. Both Vickie and Cathy stayed in close contact with me throughout. It was a very smooth process, in large part to their professional and personal touch. It wasn't just a transaction to them. They wanted to make sure I was well taken care of.
My sincere thanks and gratitude to the both of them. I plan to be in this home for awhile. However, if I DO decide to move, I will not hesitate to reach out to Vickie and Cathy.

Both Cathy and Vickie were amazing to work with. They stuck with us for the many months it took to sell our house because of the downturn in the market July, 2022. When we had questions they responded quickly and gave us the information we needed in language we could understand. They gave us sound advice about pricing and kept assuring us that the house would sell. They did not require us to do a lot of “extra” things to the house to make it ready for the market - just what was really necessary. They marketed the house creatively and kept it active on the MLS. I would highly recommend both of them for your real estate needs.
