I met Stuart when he was putting a sign in the neighbor's yard. The neighbors totally sang his praises, he was already familiar with the neighborhood so I asked him to list my property. Best decision! Things happened quickly and before I knew it I had multiple offers and my property sold well above asking price. I did not expect that! Stuart made sure everything was taken care of and went way beyond normal expectations to do that. The kind of person you want to have on your side! Selling property is always stressful but Stuart with his calming affect and 100% participation kept me from going over the edge (not an easy task). We would not be the owners of our dream home without Stuart’s ingenuity. Within 48 hours of the house being listed there were multiple offers, including one that was all cash. Stuart rapidly assessed the sellers’ needs and guided us in developing a counteroffer with allowances needed to make it successful. Stuart also deftly overcame the challenge of working with two buyers who live 12 hours apart (my husband is currently assigned overseas), by being widely available and providing killer videos of the property. Last, but not least, Stuart’s experience and empathy was indispensable when the anxiety over inspections and a VA appraisal kicked in. We highly recommend Stuart as a buyer's agent.

I highly recommend Stuart to anyone to is looking to purchase a home. He is great to work with! I felt completely comfortable with him from our first meeting and thereafter as well. He brings a calm and relaxed and reassuring presence which helped me so much. Stuart can bring a gentle sense of humor and a light touch to the intimidating process of buying a home. In the negotiation process, he worked well with the listing realtor to gain valuable insight into how to write an offer that would win out over the other offer on the table. Stuart gave me excellent referrals when I needed help with financing, a home inspection, and more. Stuart did an excellent job going above and and beyond. When things looked the bleakest Stuart was right there working with the lender and seller. My wife and I fell in love with the first house we looked at and Stuart got us that house for $15,000 below the original asking price. Unusual circumstances has now led my family on to new adventures in a new place, and Stuart is the only one we trust to help sell our house. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone buying or selling. I am so grateful to have found Stuart to guide me along the journey of buying my first home. As a first-time buyer, I was jittery to say the least; but Stuart has shown great patience throughout my uncertainty. He is an amazing communicator, friendly, and very generous with his time. I started out two years ago to find my forever home. I met Stuart through an online search and immediately knew if anyone could help me, it was this guy! Stuart was professional and at the same time personable. Full of knowledge and highly motivated, he helped me get into my house within 8 months.
