Hi, Im Ian- your local real estate expert proudly serving Whatcom, Skagit, and Snohomish counties. I've been helping people buy, sell, and relocate since 2016, but my real estate journey started long before that. Growing up in Whatcom County, I was surrounded by the industry. My dad owned a mortgage company, and I quickly developed a strong understanding of both the numbers and the people side of real estate. 

Being born and raised here gives me a unique perspective on the market, neighborhoods, and the local lifestyle. I'm passionate about helping clients navigate the process with confidence, whether they're first-time buyers, seasonsed sellers, or relocating to our beautiful corner of the Pacific Northwest. I believe real estate is more than just transactions- it's about trust, relationships, and service. That's why I go the extra mile for my clients and take pride in clear communication, attention to detail, and being a steady guide through every step of the journey. 

Giving back is also important to me. I serve on the board of a local nonprofit and stay active in the community because I belive that real impact happens both inside and outside of the business. When I'm not working , you'll usually find me outdoors- camping with my family, mountain biking the local trails, or out on the water boating. I love the lifestyle we have here, and I'm always excited to help others find their place in it.
