With over 24 years’ experience navigating Seattle’s real estate market, Heidi’s passion, drive, empathy, and astute understanding of the negotiation process, have proven a winning combination. An innate curiosity about humans and their behavior, plus an unquenchable desire to understand the mercurial forces behind market ups and downs adds thoughtful insight to Heidi’s exceptional depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in Pacific NW real estate. 

While modern art, furnishings, and architecture have flooded our zeitgeist in recent years; Heidi’s passion for the midcentury aesthetic dates back to her hip grandmother’s home in Southern Oregon, filled with Danish modern furnishings and kitschy art. A Seattle resident since 1990; in 1999 she met Rick, an independent contractor who (lucky her!) shared her obsession with good design and all things modern. Not long after, Heidi began her career in real estate, Rick proposed, and the two of them joined forces personally and professionally as owners of 360Modern; an online real estate marketing business.

Having sold many styles of homes in and around Seattle over the years, Heidi understands the uniqueness of these different enclaves, as well as the nuances of navigating Seattle’s ever-evolving real estate landscape. Having raised their two boys (19 and 21) in Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood, Heidi understands on a personal level the complexities which often drive real estate transactions. She often refers to herself as a ‘real estate sherpa’… guiding the way, pointing out pitfalls, and leveraging experience and knowledge to help others achieve their (real estate) goals.

When in 2022 Rick and Heidi became empty-nesters, they began hatching a scheme to fulfill a long-simmering dream of owning property near the mountains. In 2023 they moved to 5 acres in Teton Valley, Idaho and take advantage of easy daily flights to Seattle to bounce in and out as needed for business. Heidi is also now licensed in Idaho.
